I need to stop letting myself get out of shape
Eating regularly is the most important… I mean all throughout the day but at regular intervals. No binge eating… but I’m sure mostly you mean muscle. Yeah I need that too, but meh.
When I hit 160, going from 180 in December, my plan was to gain the 20 back, but in muscle. It didn’t quite work out because a) I didn’t show the proper motivation and b) I don’t have the proper equipment. Push-ups can only take you so far.
Eventually, though… eventually.
In the arms at anyrate… but yahh. I feel so twig like. I is so twig like. I’m struggling to keep my 128pounds and not revert back to 120-122… Speaking of which… where should i eat? Pizza or delicious hot dogs? Delicious hot dogs take much more work.
How delicious though? Are they worth the time? If you’re wanting to keep weight, go for the pizza, and get a bacon one. :D Bacon pizza, mmm. Also, do you like mushroom pizza?
But if the hot dogs are indeed delicious enough to warrant the work, do eet.
Delicious enough for the extra time. Delicious enough for the extra money… however together time + money is not greater than the difference in deliciousness between pizza and hotdogs… so perhaps pizza this time. For the record: Five Guys rules the day in terms of hotdogs. Ever.
